If you have a Tall Part or Long Tools turn on your Safe ATC !

CHANGING  TOOLS – METHOD 1

Manual Machine Mode - Tool Management 

1.  Press the Manual Machine Mode button

2.  Press the Tool Management Softkey

3.  Enter the tool you want in the Next Tool field then Enter

4.  Press the Tool changer Auto button

6.  Press the flashing Start Cycle button

     “Close the Doors MACHINE WILL MOVE”

CHANGING  TOOLS – METHOD 2

1.  Press the Input button

2.  Press the Tool Review Softkey

2.  Press the Tool Setup Softkey

3.  Type in tool# for the tool you want then press the Enter button

4.  Press the Tool changer Auto button

5.  Press the flashing Start Cycle button

“Close the Doors MACHINE WILL MOVE
